How we build
Every product we ship is measured against these four.
If a computation can happen on your phone, it happens on your phone. We reach for the network only when there is no alternative, and we tell you when we do.
No analytics SDKs. No advertising identifiers. No third-party trackers. Our apps ship with zero third-party SDKs, and the privacy manifest inside the binary says so.
SwiftUI on iOS. Jetpack Compose on Android. Two real codebases instead of one cross-platform compromise, because the details are what make software feel good.
Software should not stop being useful because a signal dropped. We bundle the data that matters and design for the case where the network never answers.
About
Arivaatral joins two Tamil words — அறிவு (arivu, intelligence) and ஆற்றல் (aatral, power, capability). Together: the power of intelligence.
It is a fair description of what we are trying to do. Intelligence on its own is inert. What matters is what it lets an ordinary person actually do — read, remember, keep a practice, get through a day. That is the software we want to build.
